struct QrMatrix A square QR matrix: size modules per side, modules row-major (length size*size), each entry 1 = dark, 0 = light. size == 0 means "no QR" (empty or un-encodable payload) — reconcilers then paint just the box fill.

QrMatrix encode_qr(const std::string & data)

Encode data as a QR matrix at error-correction level Medium (matching the legacy web qrcodejs + Android ZXing renderers). Returns an empty matrix (size 0) when data is empty or too long to encode at any version.
